How to inflate:

1. Unzip the compartments at the hood and side seam
2. Twist the mouthpiece open and extend it
3. Blow into the valve until it feels right
4. Push the mouthpiece back down and twist to seal

How to deflate:

1. Unzip the compartments at the hood and side seam
2. Twist and extend the valve, then press to release the air
3. Once flat, reseal the valve and zip the compartments
