With Pre-Order, the price you see is the total price you pay! We are happy to offer deeper discounts on Pre-Order because you are ordering product we will be receiving in the future - hence the estimated shipment date, which is usually about 2-3 months later.

You may request to cancel a Pre-Order purchase within 7 days of purchase and you will be eligible for a refund to your original method of payment. As these items are made-to-order, any cancellations after the 7 day period will be refunded as store credit via an e-gift card. 

Your Pre-Order can be modified (different size or color) at any time up to the point of fulfillment. Once the order is in fulfillment, it is being prepared for shipment by our warehouse and changes can no longer be made.
