Can I cancel or change my return/exchange request?Updated a day ago

If you have not shipped your items back and your return label is still valid (has not expired), you're able to cancel your return!

Instructions: 

1) Locate your return confirmation email and click "View your Return" 

2) Click "Cancel return" under the Edit Return section

Your return will then be cancelled and you may re-create your return immediately.
