Can I combine multiple returns into one package?
We do not recommend sending multiple return submissions in one package. When a return is submitted, it generates a label or QR code specifically for the items in that return and linked to the processing of your return. Our team will not have a record

We're unable to allow exchanges on exchange orders. Orders starting with "EXC" can only be returned for a gift card.
