 Within 15 minutes of checkout, you are able to make the following modifications:

• Update or change your email address
• Update or change your shipping address
• Cancel your order

While you're unable to change your payment method, you have the option to cancel your order and place the order again with your preferred payment method.

Please note, payment is captured at time of purchase. If you do cancel your order, please allow up to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing times, for the refund to be reflected. Purchases made with gift cards are refunded back to the original gift card within 24 hours.

Once the 15 minute window after checkout has closed, we are unable to change your payment method. We apologize for any inconvenience!
