Can I combine multiple returns into one package?Updated a day ago

We do not recommend sending multiple return submissions in one package. When a return is submitted, it generates a label or QR code specifically for the items in that return and linked to the processing of your return.

Our team will not have a record of items from other return submissions as they will not be linked to that label/QR code.

We handle all returns with an extremely thorough and efficient process and any extra items are set aside to be recorded and handled at a later time.

We allow our returns team 14 business days to process any additional items or orders not included in the return booking. If your return is not processed manually by our team by then, please reach back out by simply replying to this email thread.
