Ready to Ship Items:

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes to the order, including the shipping address or contact information. 

You are welcome to try to contact the shipping carrier - they may be able to update your address prior to delivery. Please note, re-routing fees may apply on a case-by-case basis.

If your package is returned to sender or delivered to the wrong location, head over to our Contact page and fill out the form. Our team will be in touch with potential options to assist you!

Pre-Order Items:

Changes can be made to pre-order items up to the point of fulfillment. Once the order is in fulfillment, we are no longer able to make changes.

Please note that changes to the items may result in a later shipment date or different cost.

We are able to change the shipping address on pre-order items up to the point of fulfillment.
