Yes! We offer store credit refunds and exchanges for gifts within 30 days of delivery of the original order. 

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit in the form of a Comfrt eGift Card. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please note: TikTok Shop or other third party vendor orders are not eligible for gift returns.

Returning a gift?

For gift returns or exchanges, please visit our Return Portal and select 'Return a gift'. 

• If you have the original Comfrt Order Number and email used to purchase the order, enter this information for easy processing. 
• If you do not have this information, select 'Don't have your order information?' and fill out the form with as much detail as possible to help us locate the original order. Our customer support team will follow up with you via email.

Your store credit refund or exchange will be processed within 14 days of our warehouse receiving & inspecting your return. 

In the event that your preferred item for an exchange is out of stock by the time your return is processed, we will issue a store credit refund. 

Store credit refunds will be sent to your email as an e-gift card.

All co-branded collabs are final sale and excluded from discounts or promotions.
