How can I cancel my membership?Updated a month ago
You can now cancel your Comfrt Club membership directly from your account by selecting Manage Membership and following the prompts to cancel.
After submitting your cancellation, you’ll see a confirmation pop-up. You may continue to see the Cancel Membership option in your account after cancelling. This is a known issue we’re currently working to resolve and does not mean your cancellation was unsuccessful.
If you’re unable to cancel through your account or need additional assistance, you can contact our Customer Experience team here.
There are no termination fees or hidden costs to cancel, but we do not provide refunds or credits, including partially used store credits.
Your membership will remain active through the end of your subscription year.
