TikTok Shop US orders must be returned within the TikTok app within 30 days of delivery.

1. Head to your TikTok Profile, then navigate to Your Orders and select Orders.

2. You will be re-directed to Comfrt's return portal. Please ensure your order number includes the # sign.

3. Choose the item, select Return, and specify a return reason from the options provided. Items may be returned for a refund or exchange.

4. A return shipping label will be accessible in your app. This label is valid for 14 days.

5. Drop off your return via your selected return method. Comfrt processes all returns within 7 days of receiving your items.

Please note: 

TikTok Shop or other third party vendors are not eligible for gift returns. 

TikTok Shop does not currently support returns past 30 days from delivery.
