How do I use my e-gift card?Updated 2 months ago
To apply an e-gift card code:
At checkout, enter the e-Gift Card code (from your store credit email) or the discount code in the Discount Code or Gift Card field.
- If you're using a mobile phone, on the checkout page, please tap the drop-down icon at the top next to "Order Summary" to see the Discount Code or Gift Card field.
- If you're purchasing using a computer, after clicking the checkout option, you will immediately see the Discount Code or Gift Card field on the right side of the page.
- If you're purchasing on the Comfrt App, you'll be able to add any gift cards or discount codes prior to submitting the order in checkout.
- Gift card codes should be 16 digits long containing a mixture of numbers and letters.
If you’re having trouble entering your e-gift card code, please try clearing the cache on your web browser or trying on a different device.
