Our return policy allows returns or exchanges for unused products in their original packaging delivered in the last 30 days (subject to country availability).

Please note that E-Gift Cards are not eligible for return or refund. All co-branded collabs are final sale and excluded from discounts or promotions.

You can expect your refund or exchange to be processed within 14 days, after our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item.

Refunds are issued as store credit via an e-gift card sent to the email address you used when placing your order.
