Ready to Ship Items:

We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, ready to ship items cannot be cancelled and edits cannot be made once the order has been placed. 

These items/orders are processed within 5 minutes of purchase and shipped within 2-3 business days to ensure speedy delivery. 

Pre-Order Items:

Only pre-orders can be canceled within 7 days for a refund to the original method of payment. Please email our team with your cancellation request as soon as possible.

You will receive confirmation of your cancellation if we’re able to make it happen.

After this period but before fulfillment, we can only offer a refund to store credit via an e-gift card for pre-order cancellations.

You can always request a return or exchange once your order arrives.
