Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email with your store credit e-gift card.

Please allow up to 14 days after your return tracking shows "delivered" to receive your e-gift card. 

Be sure to check your spam/junk folder in case the email was accidentally filtered there. 

If you do not receive this email within this time frame, please create or log in to your customer account using the same email you used at checkout. Once you're in, click "Gift Cards" on the left side - you can find and resend your active gift cards from this page.
