What is the shipping cut off for Holiday orders?

I placed my order after the recommended date... Will my order arrive before Christmas?
Our delivery partners are unable to guarantee delivery between Monday December 21st and Thursday December 24th. Our team will be processing orders around the clock; however, same day dispatch & standard delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Will my order be delivered on a Public Holiday?
Our delivery partners are ramping up their network with extended delivery hours and additional drivers this holiday season; however, they don’t operate on Public Holidays.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated after 24 hours?
We want to make sure all of our customers receive their orders ASAP this holiday season, so our team will be processing orders outside of usual business hours. This means your tracking may remain inactive until the package is collected by the carrier
