How do I make a return or exchange?Updated a month ago
Returns & Exchanges are subject to country availability. For returns with an origin outside of the United States, please head over to our Contact page and fill out the form. Our team will be in touch with next steps!
Returns & Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
Return
You can start your return by visiting our Return Portal.
- You will need your Comfrt Order Number (found in your order confirmation or shipment confirmation email) and the email address you used to place your order.
- Put the "#" sign immediately before the order number, for example: #1234567
- Please securely pack your returning items to prevent damage during transit and attach the shipping label provided by Loop to the package or present the QR code, if provided, to the shipping carrier at time of drop off.
- Use the Loop Returns portal and the shipping label it provides to send back your items - this ensures your return or exchange is processed quickly and accurately. We cannot guarantee that a returns sent with an alternative shipping label will be processed.
Refunds will be issued as store credit via an e-gift card sent to the email address used to place your order within 14 days of the return being received and inspected by our warehouse.
Exchange
You can start your exchange by visiting our return portal: Loop Returns.
- You will need your Comfrt Order Number (found in your order confirmation or shipment confirmation email) and the email address you used to place your order.

- Use the Loop Returns portal and the shipping label it provides to send back your items - this ensures your return or exchange is processed quickly and accurately. We cannot guarantee that a returns sent with an alternative shipping label will be processed.
Exchanges are limited to the same product — you may select a different size or color only.
If you’d like a different item or you’re not ready to decide, please select “Return” instead and repurchase once your store credit is issued.
In the event that your preferred item is out of stock by the time your return is processed, we will issue a store credit via e-gift card.
Please note, orders starting with "EXC" can only be returned for a gift card. We're unable to allow exchanges on exchange orders.
Refund Process
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to store credit via an e-gift card. This will be sent to the email address you used to place your order.
If there are any issues with your return upon arrival, our team will contact you via email.
Non-Returnable Items
E-Gift Cards are not eligible for return or refund.
All co-branded collabs are final sale and excluded from discounts or promotions.
